Its core mission is the broadcasting of strictly musical content, positioning itself as a reference audio repository for a young and irreverent audience looking to escape the commercial "drivel" of mainstream radio.

The station is guided by absolute political, economic, and religious independence. Our commitment is entirely to the music and those who create it. We do not practice journalism nor do we have news sections, focusing all our energy on music curation.
Vibe Media guarantees that the station's direction is defined solely by artistic and entertainment criteria, refusing any form of censorship or external imposition other than current legislation.
3. Promotion of National Music
vibe.pt is committed to promoting national music production, with a special focus on Portuguese DJs and producers. We comply with (and are proud of it, go figure!) Portuguese music quotas, serving as a showcase for homegrown talent that is often ignored by major networks. If it's good and it's ours, it plays here!
4. Interactivity and Listeners
We believe in freedom, but we keep the chaos under control. Although vibe.pt does not feature a live call-in line, we highly value our listeners' feedback via social media and email. Suggestions and critiques will be taken into account in the evolution of our playlist, provided they do not offend the musical taste of the management (which is sovereign, obviously).
